The landscape and apartments are gorgeous and I love the lay out. The only 2 things I did not like was, the staff are all very friendly and very welcoming but the over the top business attire was a bit intimidating. I have toured other places and they were more casual. It was way more comfortable feeling to have more casual outfits. It was way more relaxing to approach them and seemed more chill and inviting. I have went to other IDM properties and every time that super business look did not appeal to me. It is a very old fashion look and I have tattoos and piercings and purple hair so its nice to see people who work there also have those things. I think for the place I am looking for, I want to know that the people wont judge me. If I see super business outfits I just want to leave. But Alyssa and the other guy were super nice and super friendly and immediately said hi and welcomed me.

Meritum Evergreen was the ONLY complex that met, even exceeded, all of our personal wants needs Viewing Meritum Evergreen caused us to add to our must have requirements Some of those features amenities on our long list included 2 walk-in closets, living area vinyl plank floors, open space with island, within-apt laundry room, patio with privacy wall, covered reserved parking, nearby within complex private garage, valet recycle trash service, outside view unblocked by other buildings, nearby shopping eating business environment nearby biking recumbent triking trails. Your Leasing Agent Carissa worked with us for more than 6 months, seemingly tirelessly, with several apartment showings, phone calls emails, to determine what would be the perfect apartment for us She nailed it, even with added feature, an electric fireplace with long mantle for our TV Loving it

submitted by Bokeem W. - |Recommended: NoPoor management — From the residents not picking up their dogs poops s , to the bins being full and not being emptied, having to argue with the property staff about valet trash not picking up trash when we pay them a fee to pick it up. Poor enforcement of property rules, and this is why people do not respect the property and leave it the way it is. Also my glasses mistakenly fell from my jacket while running home from the mailroom when it was raining, and instead of being assertive and maybe seeming interested with helping find them, no email or notification to the community about returning misplaced item s . The bare minimum is like asking for a miracle nowadays.
