|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — I was living in the Waterfront neighborhood, and finally the noise and weekend activity level just became too much. Meritum is so much more quiet, calm and relaxing. I also have more space for less rent, so the affordability is better, too.

The come pick up your pizza or pet treats, or guess the of items activites, just don't encourage meeting befriending your neighbors. We especially felt the loss of the more outgoing lease team members, Carissa Nathan The noise level of the swimming pool participants deters those of us who would enjoy a more peaceful outdoor experience. Stricter control of when trash recycle bins are set out would improve the feel look of the entry ways Some bins are set out 24x7, empty full . Looking forward to the lease management team changes to improve the overall experience

Every staff member I've met, down to the valet trash vendor, has been kind and friendly and anxious to help. That means so much when you're in the stress of a move.

|Recommended: YesI toured these apartments a few weeks ago with Alyssa. She was super friendly and very welcoming. The landscape and apartments are gorgeous and I love the lay out. The only 2 things I did not like was, the staff are all very friendly and very welcoming but the over the top business attire was a bit intimidating. I have toured other places and they were more casual. It was way more comfortable feeling to have more casual outfits. It was way more relaxing to approach them and seemed more chill and inviting. I have went to other IDM properties and every time that super business look did not appeal to me. It is a very old fashion look and I have tattoos and piercings and purple hair so its nice to see people who work there also have those things. I think for the place I am looking for, I want to know that the people wont judge me. If I see super business outfits I just want to leave. But Alyssa and the other guy were super nice and super friendly and immediately said hi and welcomed me.
