|Recommended: YesNice Apartments — It’s been wonderful living here since May. The office staff is great The complex is clean except for the people that don’t clean up after their dogs, which happens at any apartment. I’m not sure if people think dog clean up is included in their rent or what, but it’s not There are bags and trash containers all over the complex for convenience. There are some louder pool parties and some neighbors in another building who play their music very loud but during the day so it’s not disturbing anyone’s sleep. I’ve been blessed at my unit to not have any close neighbors that are loud until recently. The person or people that moved in above me are very noisy stomping around, unfortunately, it bothers my dog but that’s the risk you take in an apartment with neighbors above you. The pool parties and noise levels have been handled by the staff with emails and communication so I do think that tiny issue will be taken care of because of the staff handling it swiftly. Overall this is a great complex with lots of parking and nice amenities and a really great staff. Highly recommend. It’s a great location too.

The community has everything you need, just like an all-inclusive 5 star 5 diamond desert Resort. The Leasing office team with Patrick, Raul and Kevin and maintenance crew are very attentive and welcoming. It’s been a fun, easy and healthy living environment. I love living here
