|Recommended: YesGet your location on here — Wanting to give the complex a ten but not quite there yet. The amenities are super nice and ready for good tenants. The walls are thin. It's a noisy complex for many different reasons. It's a double-edged sword living so close to freeway and construction.

The property is well- maintained, and the buildings are beautiful. The location is in a prime area, it's conveniently located to restaurants, and shopping. I also want to thank the cleaning staff, and maintenance for maintaining this beautiful property. My experience at Meritum Farms has been amazing.
